Concerning the idea of establishing a sense of place and how we remember experiences, these small scale collages were made from tourist brochures, buss ticket receipts, and other paper ephemera that spoke to my experience of moving to and living in western Norway from the United States. The finished works were then put in the mail as postcards, and sent to a mail art exhibition at the University of Agder in Kristiansand, Norway.
